Corporate Milestones:

1958
The Adam Institute is established in Jerusalem by Marina Greenberg, Dov Yanay, and Ornia Yanay.

1984
The Milo Institute is founded in Tel Aviv by Dr. Elisheva Gibli.

2003
The Adam Institute merged with the Milo Institute forming the present company run by the current management and named accordingly "Adam Milo Ltd".

2006
Adam Milo acquired the activities of the Hadassah Institute thereby forming the Company's Jerusalem branch.
The Sky Fund acquired the control over Adam Milo. Sky Fund is a private equity fund managing approximately $120M in capital, which it invests in mature companies both in Israel and overseas.

2007
Adam Milo's shareholders purchased approximately 23% of the shares of Pilat Technologies International Ltd. Pilat Technologies is a public company traded on the Tel Aviv and the London stock exchanges; Pilat Technologies owns three subsidiaries engaged in the HR market in Israel, US, and UK.
