VERITAS is a SAAS system for remote online employment assessment, aiding in determining an applicant’s suitability for a particular position, and the level of risk involved in accepting an applicant for that position. The system includes assessment tools in various areas:

• Occupational skills
The system customizes an assessment array for each position, according to the requirements of the job and the organization. The system enables calibrating assessment parameters for each position in each organization, whether it is a cognitive ability or a personality trait.
The applicant's report informs the client regarding the applicant's suitability for the job profile defined by the client.
VERITAS conducts a statistical/normative ability assessment, evaluating the applicant's achievements compared with the relevant population, enabing data-based decision making.
The system communicates directly with the applicant throughout the assessment and allows both applicants and recruiters full access to all the necessary information, at any time and from anywhere.
The system informs the applicant in advance about each required task guideline, available means, and the recommended tools to pass the challenge while providing a good customer experience for all users.
VERITAS is user-friendly, accessed via username and password from any computer with the Chrome browser installed. By joining the service, you can define the types of positions you are recruiting for and the qualities that are important to you in selecting potential applicants. Accordingly, the system will construct the assessment array relevant to that role. An Adam Milo representative will accompany and assist you in adjusting the assessments.
The total duration of the tests is between two and a half and three hours, varying by job definitions and complexity.
There is no need to arrive at the offices, the tests are performed 100% online.
Adam Milo uses advanced technological means to ensure verification of identity, and adherence to the purity of the exams.
The tests are dynamic, customized to the applicant and the position to which they are selected, and thus vary from applicant to applicant. The assessment array is tailored to the job definitions and organization requirements. The desired range of each characteristic can be flexibly defined for the characteristics of the desired position, and their weight in the final suitability evaluation. This assessment enables a differential selection of the most suitable applicants for the required personality profile.
The answers are confidential, sent directly to the examiner, only they can see the answers and the rest of the applicant’s data. All information is kept confidential, safeguarding the applicant's privacy.
The applicant can choose a language from the available options, according to their native tongue.
The employer can choose the language in which to read the report (for example, an applicant was assessed with Russian forms, and the employer who receives the report reads it in Hebrew)
The test summary generated is an applicant report in VERITAS. The report is available through the system's online user interface. The report details the findings of the assessment array and their significance -
The result reflects suitability (by percentage) between the levels of the applicant’s characteristics and the desired levels for success in the specific position, as well as the applicant’s level of risk relative to the position.
